Pam Kaufman, Director

Pam Kaufman is Executive Vice President and Chief Entertainment Officer of Gap Inc., where she is responsible for building and scaling the company’s entertainment, content, and licensing platform across music, television, film, sports, gaming, consumer products, and cultural collaborations. As the first Chief Entertainment Officer, Kaufman works in close partnership with Gap Inc.’s brands to help unlock value at the intersection of fashion and entertainment.



Kaufman is a globally recognized entertainment and brand leader known for building iconic franchises into enduring, multi-billion-dollar businesses by connecting storytelling, culture, and commerce. Her work spans consumer products, fashion and lifestyle collaborations, gaming, live experiences, and global partnerships that turn cultural moments into long-term brand equity.



Most recently, Kaufman served as President and CEO of International Markets, Global Consumer Products and Experiences at Paramount, where she led a global organization spanning media, gaming, licensing, retail, hospitality, and live experiences across more than 170 markets. Across her career, she has played a central role in shaping globally recognized franchises including SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Star Trek, Top Gun, Emily in Paris, and Yellowstone.



Earlier in her career, Kaufman held senior leadership roles at Nickelodeon and Viacom, including serving as Nickelodeon’s first Chief Marketing Officer and later President of Consumer Products. She currently serves on the boards of Stella McCartney, Lindblad Expeditions, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation.
